Refund policy

1. We do not accept refund requests unless the product is out of stock.

2. If the product is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to confirm whether you want to wait for restocking or request a refund.

3. If you choose to refund, we will provide you with a refund within 5 working days of receiving your refund request. Refunds will be made in your original form of payment, with or without shipping as applicable.

4. All returned items must be in new condition, unused and in good packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
